2.  IRS Tax exemption
application (Form 1023): $1,595-$1,795 (plus application fee**)


3.  We review your Form 1023:
$1,195-$1,295


*Includes expedited incorporation, federal EIN, Bylaws, custom binder filled with resources, and tax exemption.

**The IRS charges $400 for low budget organizations (under $10K per year) and $850 for all others. This is a one-time fee.









4.  Amending
your Articles of Incorporation: $495-$595.

5.  Calif. Form 3500A: $145

6.  Calif. Form CT-1: $295

7.  Tax returns and other consultation and guidance: $100/hour
